What sizes do you offer?
I offer S, M, L, XL, and XXL. Each size is designed with real body proportions in mind, not vanity sizing.
If you're between sizes, size up. The fabric has 4-way stretch, so a slightly roomier fit will still feel supportive without being loose.
How do I find my size?
Use the Size Calculator. It takes 30 seconds. Enter your height, weight, and fit preference, and it'll recommend your size.

What if I'm between sizes?
Size up. Seriously. The 4-way stretch fabric means a slightly larger size will conform to your body without feeling loose. A too-tight fit defeats the whole purpose of all-day comfort.
Are these good for athletic/muscular builds?
Yes. The stretch fabric accommodates bigger thighs, and the Trail Grip™ leg hems stay put whether you're squatting, running, or just walking around. A lot of my customers are active guys who've struggled with other brands riding up during workouts.
What's the inseam length?
6 inches. Long enough to prevent thigh chafing, short enough to stay hidden under shorts.
Will they stretch out over time?
The Lyocell blend holds its shape wash after wash. Follow the care instructions (cold wash, hang dry) and they'll stay snug. If you throw them in the dryer on high heat repeatedly, you'll shorten their lifespan, but that's true of any premium fabric.

When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1-2 business days. You'll get a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.
How long does delivery take?
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- USA: 5-10 business days (may vary due to customs)
Express shipping is available at checkout if you need it faster.
How much is shipping?
Canada:

- $5 flat rate under $75

USA:

Do you ship internationally?
Currently I only ship to Canada and the USA.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you catch it quickly, email info@netherunderwear.com and I'll do my best. Once it's shipped, I can't make changes. If the size is off on your first pair, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
How do I track my order?
Check your email for tracking info, or log into your account on the site. If you can't find it, email me your order number and I'll sort it out.
Returns
What's your return policy?
First pair: 30-day guarantee. Try them, wash them, live in them. If they do not work for you, email me with your order number and I will refund you. No return needed. One pair, one time, per household.
Multipacks: The guarantee covers one pair. The rest are final sale.
After your first pair: All sales are final.
No exchanges. On any order, ever. Use the size finder before you order.
Damaged or wrong item? Email me with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How do I start a return?
Email info@netherunderwear.com with your order number. Tell me what's up. Wrong size, didn't like the fit, whatever. I'll respond within 24 hours and sort it out.
Do I need to ship anything back?
For your first pair under the guarantee, no. Keep it or donate it. No return needed.
For damaged or incorrect items, email me with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery.
How long do refunds take?
I process refunds within 5-7 business days. After that, it's on your bank. Usually another 5-10 days before it shows up in your account. Credit cards are typically faster than debit.
Can I swap for a different size?
No. I don't do exchanges. It's the industry standard for undergarments because I can't resell worn pairs. If the fit is off on your first pair, use the 30-day guarantee: I'll offer store credit, and you keep the pair. For any pair after that, use the size finder before you order so you get it right the first time.
What if my pair is defective?
Email me with a couple photos showing the issue and your order number. If something's wrong with the product, I'll send a replacement. Report it within 7 days of delivery.
Product Care
How should I wash my Boxer Briefs?
Cold wash, hang dry. That's it.
The Lyocell fabric stays softer longer when you skip the hot water and dryer. Heat is the enemy. Always hang dry to maximize longevity.
Can I use fabric softener?
Skip it. The fabric is naturally soft and fabric softener can actually reduce the moisture-wicking properties over time. You don't need it.

What is Trail Grip™?
The anti-ride-up leg hem technology. A low-profile silicone wave pattern printed on the inside of the leg hem that keeps the briefs in place without pinching, pulling leg hair, or leaving marks. No more pulling your underwear down 50 times a day.
What is Valley Pouch™?
An ergonomic front pouch with overlocked paneling that provides support and separation without feeling restrictive. It's designed for comfort whether you're sitting at a desk or hiking a mountain.
What is Lyocell?
Lyocell is a premium sustainable fabric made from wood pulp. It's naturally soft, breathable, moisture-wicking, and gentler on skin than cotton.
The fabric is 93% Lyocell, one of the highest compositions you'll find in underwear.
Are your products sustainable?
Lyocell is one of the most sustainable fabrics available. Produced in a closed-loop process that recycles water and solvents. I'm also working on reducing packaging waste with every order.
