I started Nether because I wanted better underwear, and I want you to feel the same way about what you're wearing. Here's how we handle returns and exchanges—no corporate runaround, just straight talk.

First Pair Guarantee

Your first pair is risk-free. If you try them and they're not for you, I'll give you a full refund—no need to send them back. One pair per customer, because this is underwear and I can't exactly resell it.

This guarantee is my way of saying: I'm confident you'll love these. But if you don't, I'd rather you get your money back than feel stuck with something you won't wear.

Exchanges (Wrong Size)

Exchanges are easy and free. Email me your order number and the size you need—I'll send a prepaid label. Ship it back (unworn, tags on), and we'll get your new size out right away.

The whole process usually takes about a week once we receive your return.

Refunds on Other Items

I'll be straight with you: we handle refunds case-by-case. We're a small business selling underwear, and for hygiene reasons, I can't offer blanket refunds on everything. It wouldn't be fair to other customers, and frankly, it would put us out of business.

That said, I'm not here to leave you stuck with something you can't use. If you have a genuine issue, email me and we'll figure it out together.

Defective Products

If something's wrong with your order—stitching came undone, fabric has a flaw, anything like that—email me photos within 30 days. We'll replace it or refund it, no hassle. I stand behind what we make.

Refund Timing

Once I approve a refund, we process it within 3-5 business days. After that, your bank takes another 5-10 days to actually post it to your account. I know waiting sucks, but that part's out of my hands.

Common Questions

Can I use the first pair guarantee more than once?

No—one pair per customer. This isn't a loophole to get free underwear; it's my way of letting you try us out without risk. After that first pair, you know what you're getting.

What if I already wore them? Can I still exchange?

For exchanges, they need to be unworn with tags attached. If you've worn them and they're your first pair, the guarantee still applies—you can get a full refund without sending them back.

I received the wrong item

That's on us. Email me and we'll get the right item shipped immediately—no need to send back the wrong one first.

Why is my refund taking so long?

We process refunds in 3-5 business days, but your bank can take another 5-10 days to post it. If it's been longer than that, email me and I'll look into it.

Why won't you refund my order?

Look, I get it—returning stuff online should be easy. But this is underwear. Once it's worn, I can't resell it or donate it. That's why we offer the first pair guarantee for new customers and free exchanges for sizing issues. Beyond that, we handle things case by case because blanket refunds would mean eating losses that a small business like ours can't absorb.
