Free Kelowna Local Delivery
Live in Kelowna? Enjoy FREE next-day local delivery on all orders. No minimum purchase required!
How it works:
- Orders placed after 2pm are delivered next business day
- Available within Kelowna city limits
Just select Kelowna Local Delivery at checkout. I am happy to deliver locally and tell you in person how much I appreciate the support.
How long does processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location:
- Canada: 3-7 business days
- United States: 5-10 business days
These are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.
How much does shipping cost?
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 CAD
- FREE Kelowna local delivery on all orders
- $6.50 Flat rate shipping for orders under $100
- $21.90 Canada Express Shipping (2-3 business days)
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship to Canada and the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon.

We partner with trusted carriers:

The carrier depends on your location and shipping option selected at checkout.

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status
- Verify the shipping address on your order confirmation
- Contact your local post office (packages are sometimes held there)
