Look, buying underwear online is weird. You can't try them on first. That's why your first pair is on me. If they don't work out, I'll refund it. No shipping anything back. Just email me.
This applies to ONE pair per customer, per household. It's the industry standard and it applies here as well
How It Works
- Try your first pair. Wear them, wash them, put them through a real day. I want you to actually test them.
- Decide within 30 days. You've got 30 days from delivery to decide if they work for you.
- Email me if they don't. Send your order number and tell me what went wrong. That's it.
- Get your refund. I'll approve it within 5-7 business days, then your bank takes another 5-10 days to process. Keep the pair or donate it.
The Details
- ONE pair, one time. This guarantee is for your first pair only. One per customer, one per household. After that, all sales are final.
- No returns needed. Underwear is personal. I'm not asking you to ship it back.
- Multipacks: The guarantee covers one pair. The rest are final sale.
- No exchanges. On any order, ever. Use the size guide before you order. If your first pair is the wrong size, I'll offer store credit.
- Damaged or wrong item? Email me with photos within 7 days of delivery. I'll send a replacement.
What's Not Covered
- Final sale items, gift cards, and giveaways
- Second, third, fourth pairs. This is a first-pair guarantee, not unlimited free underwear
Why I Do This
I didn't start Nether to make another "pretty good" pair of underwear. I built it because I was tired of adjusting my boxer briefs fifty times a day. This is MY solution to the problem, if it doesn't work for you no problem, I appreciate the support.
If your first pair doesn't solve that problem for you, I want to know. And I'll make it right. One pair, no risk. That's the deal.
