I started Nether because I wanted better underwear, and I want you to feel the same way about what you're wearing. Here's how I handle returns. No corporate runaround, just straight talk.

First Pair Guarantee

Your first pair is covered for 30 days. Try them, wear them, wash them. If they don't work, email me and I'll refund it. No need to send them back. One pair per customer, per household. Multipacks are covered for one pair only.

No Exchanges

This is the industry standard for undergarments and it applies here too. I don't resell worn pairs, so I can't take them back for a different size.

Use the size finder before you order. If you're between sizes, size up. Your first pair is covered by the 30-day guarantee. If the size is off on your first pair, I'll offer store credit.

All Sales Final After First Pair

After your first pair, all sales are final. The guarantee covers one pair, one time. Order carefully, and use the size guide.

Defective or Wrong Item

If something's wrong with your order — stitching came undone, fabric has a flaw, wrong item shipped — email me with photos within 7 days of delivery. I'll send a replacement. No need to return it first.

Refund Timing

Once I approve a refund, I process it within 5-7 business days. After that, your bank takes another 5-10 days to actually post it to your account. That part's out of my hands.

Common Questions

Can I use the first pair guarantee more than once?

No. One pair per customer. This isn't a loophole to get free underwear; it's my way of letting you try us out without risk. After that first pair, you know what you're getting.

What if I already wore them?

I don't do exchanges — hygiene rules mean I can't resell worn pairs. But if it's your first pair and the size is off, the 30-day guarantee has you covered: I'll offer store credit, and you keep the pair. Just email me.

I received the wrong item

That's on me. Email me and I'll get the right item shipped immediately. No need to send back the wrong one first.

Why is my refund taking so long?

I process refunds in 5-7 business days, but your bank can take another 5-10 days to post it. If it's been longer than that, email me and I'll look into it.

Why won't you refund my order?

After your first pair, all sales are final. That's the policy, and I think it's fair given what this product is. Underwear can't be resold once worn — that's true everywhere. Your first pair is fully covered. Use the size guide, and if something's defective or wrong, email me within 7 days.
