Because this is an intimate apparel product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons.
That said, our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied. If something isn’t right, please reach out — we’ll do our best to make it right.
When will my order ship?
You’ll receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
I aim to have all orders sent out within 1–2 business days.
When will I get my order?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days. As soon as your order goes out, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way to your door.
Delivery times will vary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates are simple:
- Free shipping when you order 3 or more pairs
- A $5 flat rate for orders of 1–2 pairs

Our Apex Brief is crafted in a high-end, premium manufacturing facility in China. We work closely with this partner to ensure exceptional quality, consistency, and ethical production standards. I’ll also be visiting the facility in the coming year to film behind-the-scenes footage so you can see exactly how your gear is made.
How do I wash my boxer briefs?
Due to the specialized construction of this boxer brief, we strongly recommend keeping it out of the dryer. Heat can damage the fabric and reduce the lifespan of the pouch system.
For best results, hang or lay flat to dry. You can drape them over a chair, hang them on a rack, or place them on top of the dryer to air-dry naturally.
